(Krieket balle). 10.GEEN diere word toegelaat tensy vooraf gereël word. 11.Geen sigaret stompies mag in en om die huis gelaat word nie. 12.Yskaste en vrieskaste moet skoon en droog en deure oop gelaat word tensy anders vermeld in huis. 13.Alle venster moet op knip wees en gordyne toegetrek. 14.Skoonmaak fooi vanaf R180-00 per huis sal gehef word indien die huis vuil en slordig gelaat word. 15.Warm water silinders moet afgeskakel word. 16.Rapporteer enige foute aan die kantoor. 17.Plaas ameublement terug soos u dit gevind het. 18.Geen buitensporige geraas sal geduld word nie. 19.Okkupasie is vanaf 14:00 op dag van aankoms. 20.Die AGENT sal nie aanspreeklikheid aanvaar indien die akkommodasie nie geskik is vir die HUURDER se persoonlike smaak nie. 21.Die HUURDER betree die perseel op eie risiko en sal geen eis teen die AGENT of die EIENAAR kan instel vir ongevalle, diefstal of beserings ten opsigte van homself, vriende en familielede nie. 22.Breekware deposito word terugbetaal in Bank Rekening binne 14 dae na verblyf. Verskaf asseblief die korrekte bank besonderhede Bank Naam en tak kode. 23.Indien die HUURDER weer die perseel in die toekoms sou wou huur die verhuring deur die AGENTSKAP PINO MARI HOLIDAY HOMES gedoen sal word. 24.

No hard ball games on the premises re: golf, cricket. 10.NO animals allowed unless prior arrangement. 11.No cigarette butts to be left in or outside the house. 12.Fridge/Freezer to be cleaned dried out and doors left open unless otherwise instructed. 13.From R180-00 per unit cleaning fee will be charged for unclean houses. 14.Geysers to be switched off unless otherwise instructed. 15.All windows to be latched and curtains drawn. 16.Please report any defects to the office. 17.Please re-place furniture back in position on leaving. 18.Excessive noise will not be tolerated. 19.Occupation not before 14h00 on day of arrival. 20.The LESSEE acknowledges that he has no claims against the AGENT for injury, theft, loss burglary or damage to himself, his family or friends suffered as a result of his stay at the above premises. 21.Agents cannot be held responsible should the property not appeal to the LESSEES Personal taste. 22.That in the event of the LESSEE wishing to re-let the premises in the future he will do so through the AGENCY PINO MARI HOLIDAY HOMES. 23.Breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure into Lessees bank account. Please insure that the correct details have been given to the office including name of bank, branch code and account number 24.
SHOULD TENANT FAIL TO TAKE UP BOOKING OR IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
